Blueberry muffins 

These muffins use canderell  (sugar replacement ) and taste yummy!

To make:

Sift together 250g of self raising flour, 1 and a half teaspoons of baking powder and 15g of canderell (or 150g sugar).

Rub 50g of butter until the mixture looks and bit like breadcrumbs .

Add 100g blueberries.

In separate bowl whisk 235ml milk, juice from half a lemon, 2 eggs.

Stir into the mixture, do not over stir.

Put into muffin cases and bake at 160°c (fan oven ) for 20 minutes .
