I like this recipe…no sugar!!!
Rub 225g of self raising flour and 50g butter until it resembles breadcrumbs.
Mix in a dash of milk until the mixture becomes gooey and malable.
Dust rolling pin, counter and hands with a little flour and knead the mixture before rolling out the dough. Use a cutter for shape and pace on a baking tray.
Bake on 200°c for 20 minutes. Remember these will come out pale but still taste yummy with whatever topping you use!!
